Calibration points are points on a map, graph, well log, or other document that have known coordinates in two dimensions. These known points are used in Didger to give the image or paper source document real world coordinates rather than page coordinates or pixel coordinates (calibration), to convert coordinates, and to warp images. Calibration points are also known as control points.
