Free Rotate

Click on an object to select it. Click the Arrange | Free Rotate command or the button to rotate the selected object with the mouse. After selecting the command, the cursor changes to to indicate that the program is in free rotate mode. To rotate an object click just inside the object’s bounding box and hold the left mouse button while moving the cursor. As the object is rotated, the object's outline is displayed in the rotated view. To fix the position of the rotated object, release the mouse button.

Note: images cannot be rotated.
